Yes! Templates in the Premiere Pro section are packaged as Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt) or Premiere Pro project files (.prproj). You can drag and drop them into the Essential Graphics panel.
Each template page lists the minimum supported version in the specifications sidebar (e.g. CC 2020, CC 2024+). Most modern templates support Adobe CC 2022 and newer.
95% of templates require no external plugins and run on standard built-in Adobe effects. If a template requires a plugin (e.g. Optical Flares or Element 3D), it is clearly listed under "Required Plugin" in the specs box.
